Pricing questions
How is HRBoxs priced?
Per employee per month, with a minimum number of employees for each plan: 10 for Essential, 25 for Growth and 100 for Enterprise. Use the calculator above to estimate your cost.
Is GST included?
No. All prices exclude GST, which is charged extra at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% lower than monthly billing and is invoiced for 12 months upfront.
What if I have fewer employees than the plan minimum?
You are billed for the plan minimum. Essential is the best fit below 25 employees.
What happens when my headcount changes?
Billing follows your employee count at the plan rate. Talk to the team to agree how changes are applied during your term.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Book a free demo and the HRBoxs team will walk you through the product.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in your agreement. Please ask the team before you sign.
What do onboarding and support include?
Essential and Growth are self-serve with email support (Growth adds chat). Enterprise adds a dedicated contact, with implementation assistance quoted separately.
What are add-ons?
Integrations, API access and implementation assistance are quoted add-ons on Enterprise. Ask the team for a quote.
Can I pay on this website?
No. This website does not process payments. Plans are arranged with the HRBoxs team.
