These terms apply to your use of the HRBoxs website at hrboxs.com and to the HRBoxs service, which you use through the application at app.hrboxs.com. In these terms, "HRBoxs", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs HRBoxs, and "you" means the person or organisation using the website or service. By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using this website
- Lawful use: Use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- No harm: Do not try to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or send malicious code to it.
- No misuse of forms: Give accurate details in the demo and contact forms, and do not submit them automatically or in bulk.
- No copying at scale: Do not scrape or copy the website or its content in bulk without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The website, the HRBoxs name, logo, mascot, text, graphics and software are owned by HRBoxs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify or reuse our material for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The website may link to other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
The HRBoxs service
HRBoxs provides a cloud-based HRMS covering people records, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding and exit, performance, learning and engagement, approvals and helpdesk, compliance and reports. The modules available to you depend on the plan you choose. Your use of the service is governed by these terms and by the order form, quote or agreement we agree with you. If they conflict, the order form or agreement applies.
Plans, fees and payment
- Pricing: Plans are priced per employee per month, with a minimum number of employees for each plan, as shown on our pricing page at the time you order.
- Billing period: You can choose monthly billing or annual billing. Annual billing is invoiced for 12 months upfront.
- Taxes: Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is charged extra at the applicable rate.
- Payment: Invoices are issued by us and are payable as stated on the invoice. No payment is taken on this website.
- Changes: If your employee count or plan changes, your fees change as agreed with us. We may change our prices for future billing periods and will tell you before any change applies to you.
Your account and users
You are responsible for the users you add to the service, for keeping sign-in details secret, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been used without permission. You must make sure you have the right to put employee information into the service and to use it as you do.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into the service. You allow us to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to give you the support included in your plan. The service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted service unless your agreement says so.
Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay what is due, and we will tell you where we reasonably can. You can stop using the service by giving notice as set out in your agreement. Notice periods, refunds and the return or deletion of your data when the service ends are set out in your agreement.
Disclaimers
The website and the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any promise that they will be error-free or meet every requirement. The service helps you manage HR processes. It does not replace professional legal, tax or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for your own legal and statutory obligations as an employer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects you as a customer, we will tell you. Using the website or service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of HRBoxs's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your agreement says otherwise.
